What's Included

Whether you are hiring a vw camper van for a prom, long weekend or a week or two, the following are included in the cost of hire:

AA breakdown cover
Insurance for one driver assuming full UK license without endorsement (additional drivers can be arranged - estimated cost is £10)
75 miles per day of hire (thereafter 25p/mile)
All necessities for a camping trip including utility equipment, camping table and chairs, cooker, tea, coffee, sugar, crockery, pots and pans, utensils first aid and tool kits, you name it, hopefully we have thought of it (Please see inventory table below). Freshly laundered mattress protector for the beds supplied & tea towels. Double bedding packs can be hired at £20 sleeping bags at £6

If you are not a UK licence holder, our insurers require that you produce an International Driving Licence.
Excessive endorsements on UK licence may attract a loading to the insurance premium which will be payable in addition to your hire costs.
A second driver can be arranged at a small additional cost.
Our insurance policy requires the driver to meet the first £750.00 of every claim. This is known as the insurance excess.

We include in the hire charges 75 miles per day of hire without additional charge.
If you exceed this mileage allowance, we will charge the additional mileage at the rate of 25 pence per mile which goes towards the servicing costs required after long journeys. It is quite rare that people do exceed the mileage. To give you some idea, the largest excess mileage occured after a weeks daily touring of Devon and Cornwall and this amounted to approx £65
