Bobby Brown
Bobby Brown is a very special 1978 bay window VW camper van that was imported from California in January 2007.  

Bobby Brown has the highest 'specification' of the fleet.  He has a 2 ring integral LPG stove and refrigerated integral cool box (should you be on a campsite with electric hook up facility). His leisure battery will refrigerate as you travel and if you are on a campsite with electric hook up, will continue to refrigerate when stationary.  Preparation of meals and a cuppa is possible 'indoors', however we do request that frying (that great British breakfast that tastes so good when camping) is prepared alfresco.  A good quality 2 ring portable gas stove is provided for this reason.   Please do enquire re having one of our awnings or a sun canopy to give you added living space.

Bobby Brown can sleep 4 people 'in doors' (2 up / 2 down) and additional sleeping can be facilitated in the awning (2 berth zipped sleeping compartment, airbed and pump free with hire of full awning).  Bobby has one 3 point seat belt and one lap belt on the rear seat allowing safe travel for up to 4 people so if you are a larger family or group, we suggest you take advantage of one of the lovely campsites in nearby  Suffolk, Norfolk or Essex itself and take an additional vehicle.  This is also handy as an additional store for all those wellies, fishing and crabbing equipment, bucket and spades etc.    Bobby, as with all our campers, has good quality culinary and camping equipment on board.  We have tried to think of everything you may need on board so that you don't have too.  Tea towels, dishcloth, cleaning equipment, tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.  A double bedding pack costs just £20 to hire.
